ph3Valuation Director /h3 pWe are actively seeking a full-time Real Estate Valuation Director who oversees the quarterly valuation process and reporting. This position will report directly to the Senior Director and the candidate should have a sound understanding of real estate valuations, preferably for industrial real estate. Our successful candidate will be a key member of the senior management team and will have other team members as direct reports. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the quarterly valuation process, managing and maintaining portfolio ARGUS Enterprise runs for quarterly reporting. This includes integrating market rent assumptions, leasing projections and operating budgets into cash flow projections. Prepare quarterly reports and analyze various scenarios. /li liAssist in maintaining sale and lease comparable databases for quarterly reports and company use. /li liAssist in the preparation of investment summaries, financial models and underwriting for potential investments and developments as needed. /li liAssist with special projects and other duties as needed. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum 7+ years of commercial real estate, valuation and financial modeling experience. /li liBachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in Real Estate or Finance. /li liCFA or MAI preferred. /li liARGUS Enterprise expertise is required. /li liExperience in real estate analytics, underwriting and/or valuations. /li liAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills. /li liExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx preferred. /li liIndividual must be a highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and able to work effectively as a team leader. /li liAbility to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. /li liStrong organizational skills, detail-oriented, effectively manage time, meet deadlines while reporting milestones along the way, and prioritize multiple tasks. /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills. /li /ul h3Benefits Requirements /h3 ul liFor this role, benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and ADD insurance, 401k match, disability benefits, wellness and education benefits, vacation, holidays, and more. /li liCompletion of a satisfactory background check is required before employment agreement can be made /li liHiring Compensation Range of: $145K/yr – $165K/yr.
