ph3Job Description /h3pThe Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving enterprise revenue growth for UL Solutions regulated‑industry software portfolio, with focus on ComplianceWire. This role leads complex, consultative sales engagements with life sciences and other highly regulated customers, supporting GxP training, workforce qualification, and compliance objectives. Operating in a matrixed sales organization, the role partners closely with Global Account Managers (GAMs) and Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) to execute enterprise account strategies. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliOwn the full enterprise sales cycle for assigned opportunities, from discovery through close and renewal. /liliBuild and manage a qualified enterprise pipeline through targeted prospecting and expansion within existing regulated accounts. /liliLead structured discovery focused on regulated training, qualification, inspection readiness, and compliance risk. /liliPosition ComplianceWire as a validated, compliance‑ready learning and qualification platform aligned with regulatory expectations such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU GMP Annex 11, and ISO standards. /liliPartner with Solution Architects, Validation specialists, and Regulatory SMEs to deliver tailored demonstrations and evaluations. /liliDevelop value‑based business cases that articulate regulatory risk, cost of non‑compliance, and reduced validation effort. /liliMaintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management within UL Solutions’ CRM systems. /liliCollaborate cross‑functionally to support implementations, renewals, and long‑term customer retention. /liliAbility to support Global Clientele. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred. /liliMinimum 6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling enterprise software into regulated industries (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, life sciences). /liliProven success managing complex, multi‑stakeholder, long‑cycle sales processes. /liliExperience selling solutions supporting compliance, validation, quality, or regulated operational processes. /liliStrong understanding of GxP training concepts, inspection readiness, and validated systems. /liliExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. /li /ulh3Preferred Experience /h3ulliSelling regulated learning, quality, or validation‑supporting platforms. /liliFamiliarity with SaaS validation and risk‑based validation models. /liliExperience supporting global or multi‑site regulated organizations. /liliFluency in English; additional languages a plus. /li /ulh3Total Rewards /h3pWe understand that rewards are an important consideration as you plan the next step in your career. The annual target incentive for this position is 55% of the base salary, paid quarterly, and is contingent upon performance.
