Responsabilitats principals: - Rebre els hostes de manera cordial i gestionar els processos de check-in i check-out - Gestionar reserves per telèfon, correu electrònic o presencialment - Oferir informació sobre l’hotel, punts d’interès propers, restaurants i transport local - Atendre consultes, suggeriments o queixes dels hostes amb professionalitat i empatia - Coordinar amb l’equip de neteja i manteniment per assegurar la disponibilitat de les habitacions - Gestionar cobraments i mantenir registres precisos (efectiu, targeta, etc.) - Vetllar per la seguretat de la recepció i la confidencialitat de les dades dels clients - Mantenir ordenada i presentable l’àrea de recepció - Col·laborar en situacions d’emergència seguint els protocols establerts - Donar suport en activitats o esdeveniments organitzats per l’hotel, si escau
