Responsibilities: The position will be responsible for B2B customers operations. • Responsible for managing accounts operations, route orders according to customer requirements, meet delivery deadlines, handle delays, process returns, orders management, VAS and special requirements, logistics, deliveries follow up, shipments, customs., • Responsible for EDI process with the customer, communications follow up, transmissions between EDI and SAP, EDI operations monitoring and process improvements., • Responsible for customer conditions monitoring, prices, agreements, special discounts, claims and differences, credit Management, payments, bank reconciliation., • Key contact for accounts management and internal departments. Requirements: • Desirable to have 1 year of working experience for a multinational or international brand in similar position., • University Degree in business administration or economics., • Required: Spanish and English, any other language as German is a plus., • Excellent analytical skills, Service orientated and must work well in a team environment. Passionate to apply technology to the customer operations processes., • Energetic and open mind to proactively identify and propose improvement initiatives., • IT skills: Proficiency with Google Workspace (sheets, slides, Gmail, meet, docs), Office software specially with Excel and knowledge of SAP will be a plus., • Excellent communication skills: ability to transmit clear instructions, strategy, and direction both speaking and writing., • Affinity with the brands CAMPER & NNormal.
