MejorSet Track Sports S.L. – Crevillente (On-site / Hybrid) At MejorSet Track Sports S.L., a leading company in the design, manufacturing, and installation of premium sports courts with international presence, we continue to grow and strengthen our team. We are looking for an Accounting & Administration Manager to take on a key role in overseeing and optimizing the company’s financial, accounting, and administrative operations. Key Responsibilities • Full management of general accounting., • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings., • Financial consolidation of the group, including coordination with international subsidiaries., • Collaboration in the financial reporting for the Management team., • Oversight of invoicing, collections, payments, and bank reconciliations., • Coordination of administrative tasks (orders, corporate documentation, suppliers, travel, etc.)., • Implementation, documentation, and monitoring of internal processes and controls., • Liaison with external advisors (Tax), • Coordination and support of external financial audits, ensuring timely delivery and compliance., • Bookkeeping and financial management of U.S. subsidiary. Requirements • High level of English (essential) — ability to work fluidly in international environments., • Solid experience in accounting, administration, and financial control., • Experience working in industrial or manufacturing companies., • Strong track record in process implementation and internal control development., • Experience with U.S. subsidiaries (reporting, compliance, coordination, etc.)., • Experience or familiarity with financial consolidation processes., • Advanced digital skills and familiarity with ERP systems. Highly Valued • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision., • Previous experience leading administrative or accounting departments., • Ability to drive financial and administrative optimization initiatives., • Problem-solving mindset and business-oriented approach.
