This job offer is for you! /p pWe are seeking energetic, vibrant Level 1 Helpdesk agents to work in a new and expanding Flag-ship center located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liInteract with customers via telephone, e-mail and the web, providing technical support and problem solving abilities. /li liIdentify, evaluate and prioritize customer problems and complaints. /li liAnalyze customer problems and formulate plans of resolution. /li liAssist in identifying resolution gaps at the helpdesk and author knowledge base submissions accordingly. /li liEvaluate new services, processes and technologies introduced at the helpdesk. /li liParticipate in departmental training activities including training programs in support of new technologies, procedures, and customer service enhancements. /li liWork with departmental staff to promote, develop, and maintain strong customer service values. /li liEscalate unresolved issues to support leads, designated (Client) service group. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMandatory languages (fluent): Main language (French) + English. Valuable: upper intermediate Spanish. /li liBasic PC Skills. /li liGood communication skills. /li liAvailability to work in shifts: 7x24 (40 hours per week - 5 days per week).
