** Goals** The front office of Biobizz is the center of the company. Our front office employees are the first and central point of contact for vendors, customers and third parties and ensure proper and swift order processing and communication regarding orders, both internal and external. Biobizz´ front office employees take care of day-to-day sales order processing, and arrange all that is needed for this in collaboration with sales/logistics/ warehousing departments. Ordering of part of the sold products as well as logistics and related communications and reporting is also part of responsibilities. Front office is involved in collecting of debtors as well as associated billing and administration. In addition, the Front Office Employee supports management in daily activities and reporting. ** Description** On daily basis, BioBizz receives sales orders from all over the world per email or phone. Sales orders need to be processed as soon as possible and in the correct way to ensure correct handling by all departments involved. The main goal is to service our clients in the best possible way. Communication to Biobizz´ departments is essential to ensure this. Given the international background of Biobizz Worldwide Organics, communication is primarily done in English and Spanish. Front office is considered to be the center of communications, from where information is shared within the departments involved..
