Someone that wants to take the next step and become a general manager for a small luxury brand hotel! • 3 years of experience working as a assistant general manager, assistant sales manager or front desk manager, preferably in Marriott Hotels, • High level of English. Knowledge of other languages is highly valued, • Degree in Hotel Management or a degree in Tourism or Business Administration Your role description includes the following tasks: • Coordinate and supervise the operation of all hotel departments, ensuring optimal functioning., • Ensure compliance with established objectives, both in terms of results and hotel quality standards., • Manage the hotel's budget, control expenses, analyze deviations, and adopt necessary corrective measures., • Analyze market trends within the hotel industry and identify customer needs., • Ensure customer satisfaction, emphasizing the quality of service and conveying the company's cultural values., • Manage the hotel's quality system: oversee compliance with the hotel's quality standards and corporate policies., • Ensure the hotel's facilities are in optimal condition., • Oversee staff management in collaboration with HR, including supervision of personnel policies.
