About the Role As a Data Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of clinical study data. You’ll collaborate across departments to design and validate eCRFs, manage databases, and support high-quality data-driven decision-making within our organization. You’ll also take ownership of developing and maintaining efficient data systems, implementing quality improvements, and ensuring compliance with GCP, data governance, and privacy regulations. Key Responsibilities • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance across all clinical projects., • Monitor data quality, identify and resolve data issues, and propose continuous improvements., • Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for leadership insights., • Program and validate eCRFs in EDC systems; develop eCRF specifications and completion guidelines., • Support data cleaning, database maintenance, and database lock and close-out processes., • Encode medical terms (MedDRA, ICD, ATC, etc.) and define edit check specifications., • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within the Operations area., • Provide ongoing training and support to staff on data systems and best practices., • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance across all clinical projects., • Monitor data quality, identify and resolve data issues, and propose continuous improvements., • Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for leadership insights., • Program and validate eCRFs in EDC systems; develop eCRF specifications and completion guidelines., • Support data cleaning, database maintenance, and database lock and close-out processes., • Encode medical terms (MedDRA, ICD, ATC, etc.) and define edit check specifications., • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within the Operations area., • Provide ongoing training and support to staff on data systems and best practices. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics,, • Data Science, or a related field, • At least 2 years of experience in clinical data management or statistics—preferably in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry., • Solid understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), data governance, data quality, and data protection regulations., • Experience with medical coding using regulatory dictionaries., • Advanced English level (spoken and written).
