You will help shape the future of laboratory operations by translating complex needs into scalable, user‑focused solutions powered by modern technologies, data, AI, and agile ways of working. /p pThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing stakeholders, and driving innovation in a globally connected scientific environment. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 h3Drive Discovery and Business Value /h3 ul liPartner with scientists, lab managers, and business stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and uncover high‑value digital solutions. /li liLead workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to map current processes, define future‑state capabilities, and prioritize business needs. /li liTranslate complex laboratory workflows into clear requirements, user stories, process maps, and MVP‑focused solution concepts. /li liEnsure every solution is grounded in business outcomes, user experience, and measurable impact. /li /ul h3Shape Innovative Digital Solutions /h3 ul liCollaborate with architects, developers, vendors, and program teams to design scalable and fit‑for‑purpose solutions for RD environments. /li liEvaluate options, challenge assumptions, and help define the optimal path forward from both a business and technical perspective. /li liPrioritize features and enhancements using business value, feasibility, user adoption, and speed‑to‑value principles. /li liSupport rapid experimentation, prototyping, and iterative development to accelerate learning and innovation. /li /ul h3Champion User Adoption and Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liDefine acceptance criteria and guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business expectations. /li liGather feedback from pilots and end users, turning insights into meaningful enhancements and improved user experiences. /li liLeverage modern tools such as Copilot, Power Platform, and AI‑enabled prototyping technologies to validate ideas quickly. /li liSupport change management, training, communications, and adoption activities that enable sustainable business transformation. /li liPromote a culture of continuous improvement, where every deployment becomes the starting point for future innovation. /li /ul h3Build Digital Excellence Across RD /h3 ul liDevelop expertise in laboratory processes, scientific data flows, and digital platforms that support innovation. /li liAnalyze process and system interactions across technologies such as Uncountable, ELN, SAP, IP21, LIMS, and related RD ecosystems. /li liCollaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions are scalable, modular, and designed for long‑term success. /li liServe as a trusted partner between business and technology, helping bridge scientific needs with digital possibilities. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline. /li liExperience in business analysis, product‑focused solution design, requirements management, process improvement, or digital transformation initiatives. /li liFluent in English. /li liStrong ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and translate business challenges into actionable solutions. /li liAnalytical mindset with excellent facilitation, problem‑solving, and communication skills. /li liExperience supporting digital platforms, systems implementations, or process optimization programs in complex environments. /li liCuriosity for understanding scientific or laboratory operations and identifying opportunities for technology‑driven improvement. /li liFamiliarity with agile delivery approaches and iterative solution development. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in RD, laboratory, manufacturing, engineering, or other technology‑driven environments. /li liKnowledge of platforms such as Uncountable, ELN, LIMS, SAP, IP21, or similar enterprise and scientific systems. /li liExperience leveraging AI‑enabled productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or related technologies. /li liProduct ownership, Agile, Scrum, or Certified Product Owner training/certification. /li liPassion for innovation, learning, and continuous improvement. /li /ul pDuPont offers a comprehensive pay and benefits package. /p pDuPont is an equal opportunity employer.
