We are now looking for a Technical Sales Specialist who has the following qualifications to work in our Performance Coatings Sales Directorate in Akcoat Spain. The ideal candidate should have… • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy and Material Engineering or related departments of universities., • At least 5 years of industry experience, • At least 5 years in technical and sales background, • Excellent command of English and Spanish, • Competences: customer focus, planning and organizing, solution and result orientation, communication, troubleshooting and request management, product/service information, operational excellence, • Systematic work and project follow-up skills and highly motivated, • Proficient in using MS Office applications, • Having B type driving license and active driver, • Providing technical information / technical specification support regarding the product and production conditions., • To make agreements with the customer under the right commercial conditions., • Providing technical support for product samples and trials., • Participating in workshops and studies to understand the needs on site by making customer visits. Establishing strong relationships with customer technical teams., • To conduct feasibility studies of samples requested by the customer in line with their demands. To manage the sample preparation process that will produce products in accordance with the customer's technical specifications., • Conducting quality tests included in the customer technical specifications and reporting the results to relevant stakeholders, planning remedial activities., • To manage product complaints effectively, ensure coordination between relevant units and decide on the best way to resolve the problem., • Initiating and/or contributing to teamwork to identify and resolve root causes of recurring product quality complaints and quality problems., • To ensure that sales objectives are achieved in contact with the Sales Director., • To ensure that the activities planned in accordance with the sales strategies are realized in accordance with the objectives., • To create new customers and develop the existing customers., • To follow up the delivery of Customer Orders at the promised level and quality, to contribute to teamwork to identify and solve the root causes of deviations., • To provide analysis of his/her the region and feedback for the market, product portfolio and competitor details., • To process sales orders with the objectiveed time, quality and accuracy, and to ensure that these are processed., • To fulfill other duties and responsibilities assigned by the manager to whom he/she is affiliated., • To act in accordance with ethical rules and workplace regulations while doing one's job.
