ph3Finance Manager USA (Contrato Local) /h3 pLocation: BEASAIN, SS, ES /p h3Purpose of the Role /h3 pThe Finance Manager is responsible for the financial management, accounting oversight, and internal control framework of the site, ensuring compliance with local regulations, the accuracy of financial information, and alignment with the corporate guidelines of the Spanish parent company. This role ensures rigorous, periodic, and transparent reporting to the headquarters in Spain and to global leadership. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupervise general accounting in accordance with GAAP of the country and corporate policies. /li liPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. /li liManage the month‑end closing process and coordinate internal and external audits. /li liLead cost control for railway manufacturing, including variance analysis and operational KPIs. /li liPrepare financial analyses for strategic decisions: investments, operational efficiency, and profitability of railway projects. /li liEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local tax obligations. /li liMaintain and strengthen internal controls aligned with corporate requirements. /li liAct as financial partner to the Site Director and serve as liaison with the CFO in Spain. /li liEnsure detailed reporting to Spanish headquarters, including forecast, budget, cash flow, and variance analysis. /li liOptimize financial processes and promote standardization. /li liLead and coordinate the local finance team. /li /ul h3Relationship with Spanish Headquarters /h3 ul liStructured monthly reporting following corporate formats. /li liContinuous coordination with the finance team in Spain to ensure global consistency. /li liParticipation in global planning processes: annual budget, forecast, and strategic plans. /li liAlignment with corporate financial, internal control, and compliance policies. /li /ul h3Role Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. MBA or CPA/CMA certifications are a plus. /li li5–8 years of experience in controlling or finance, ideally in the industrial or railway sector. /li liStrong knowledge of US GAAP and experience in multinational environments. /li liProficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced analytical tools. /li liFluent in English; Spanish highly valued. /li liProven ability to work under strict deadlines and deliver demanding reporting cycles. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
