ppAt Irizar Forge, a leading industrial forging company based in Gipuzkoa (Lazkao) and part of Royal Van Beest Group, we are looking for a bMaintenance Manager /bto join our team. /p pbWhat will be your mission? /b /p pTo lead the Maintenance Department, coordinating the technical team and ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of production assets, while driving continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to the competitiveness and sustainability of the business. /p h3Job requirements /h3 pbMain responsibilities /b /p ul liDefine, implement and oversee preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance plans, ensuring their effective execution and performance. /li liActively participate in technical interventions, providing technical expertise and problem-solving capabilities. /li liEnsure the availability, reliability and performance of machinery, facilities and production infrastructure. /li liLead, organize and develop the maintenance team, allocating priorities, resources and workloads effectively. /li liIdentify equipment and facility renewal, upgrade and improvement needs. /li liCoordinate and supervise external suppliers, contractors and service providers involved in maintenance activities and auxiliary services. /li liEnsure compliance with technical, regulatory, safety and environmental requirements. /li liWork closely with Production and other departments to reduce downtime, improve processes and maximize equipment availability. /li liParticipate in machinery, facility and industrial layout implementation, modification and improvement projects. /li liManage costs, spare parts, consumables and investments related to the maintenance area, promoting resource optimization. /li liProvide technical support for modifications and improvement projects through technical documentation, CAD design and improvement proposals. /li /ul pbWhat are we looking for? /b /p ul liEducation: Higher Technician Diploma in Industrial Mechatronics or a related field. /li liAdditional training in robotics and industrial automation will be considered an asset. /li liPrevious experience in industrial maintenance within demanding manufacturing environments and with complex industrial equipment. /li liExperience leading or coordinating technical teams. /li liEnglish: Upper-intermediate level or above. /li liLeadership and team management. /li liTechnical expertise and decision-making skills. /li liOrganization and planning. /li liContinuous improvement and process optimization mindset. /li liProblem-solving and incident management. /li liCommitment, accountability and results orientation. /li /ul pbWhat will you find in this position? /b /p pA role with direct impact on industrial operations, leading critical assets and teams while actively participating in improvement, industrialization and transformation projects within a technical, dynamic and operational excellence-driven environment. /p h3What we offer you. /h3 pWe offer you a challenging position in a family business that is growing and allows room for initiative and development.
