The creation of the Corporate Affairs area under a single executive responsibility integrates previously dispersed functions — People, Communication & Public Affairs, Regulation and European Affairs. The Corporate Affairs Office Lead has the mandate to help turn this structural aggregation into a real and synergistic function, implementing a single operating model, a common front-door of demands and a performance system, freeing the head of the area from the day-to-day in the execution of the organizational transformation of those areas. The role expressly excludes the functions of Legal, Compliance and Secretary of the Board. The Expert acts as the focal point of coordination and execution for the rest of the Corporate Affairs functions, ensuring integration, efficiency and operational discipline. Functions under coordination • People, • Corporate & Public Affairs, • Regulatory & EU Affairs, • Budget and control of the area Roles excluded from the role • Corporate Legal, • Compliance & Ethics, • Secretary of the Board of Directors It includes coordination with local markets and the management of transversal Corporate Affairs projects to ensure coherence between corporate strategy and execution in the country. What You’ll Do Team Integration and Cohesion • Articulate a shared vision and identity role for People, Regulatory and European Affairs, Communication and Public Affairs., • Create a common culture for integrated teams with different histories and work styles., • Design and facilitate interdisciplinary forums (check-ins, joint planning, committees) that reduce silos., • Collaborate in the design and implementation the area's operating model: roles, responsibilities, decision and escalation protocols (RACI) for 'frontier' issues., • Establish the management cadence: weekly Corporate Affairs LT, monthly performance review, quarterly dashboard for ExCo., • Manage the portfolio of cross-cutting initiatives: methodology, milestones, dependencies, risks and unlocks., • Implement a single front-door of Corporate Affairs demands (ExCo, countries, CEO Office, projects), with prioritization criteria (impact, risk, urgency, effort) and traceability., • Create and maintain the area's scoreboard (KPIs, SLAs, OPEX, risks, status of initiatives), with periodic reporting to the owner., • Consolidate and manage the aggregate perimeter budget (Legal / People/Comms & PA /Reg & EU Affairs)., • Coordinate with Finance the annual budget process, expenditure control and efficiency monitoring., • Supervise budget compliance and propose corrective measures (cost containment, vendor renegotiation, insourcing)., • Prepare briefings, materials and positioning for Executive Committee on perimeter matters, including risk and options analysis., • Represent the owner in internal forums when the matter does not require legal or secretarial authority., • Map processes, resources, and external spending to identify synergies and optimization opportunities (e.g., tools and suppliers)., • Propose and execute rationalization plans: consolidation of tools, suppliers, methodologies and workflows. Education • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering or similar., • English: Advanced (Must-have), • Spanish: Advanced (Must-have), • MS Office: Advanced (Must-have), • 10+ years in corporate functions in one of the areas in question, CEO / COO office, strategic PMO or consulting, with exposure to multinational environments., • Proven experience integrating heterogeneous functions and operating with 'drive without authority'., • Working knowledge of at least two areas of the perimeter (Legal, People, Communication & Public Affairs, Regulation & EU Affairs)., • Experience in budget management, vendor management and efficiency programs., • Born integrator: ability to create cohesion where there was previously fragmentation., • Orientation to measurable results and discipline of execution., • Political and diplomatic ability to operate with multiple internal stakeholders and countries., • Ability to work in the shadow of the incumbent, generating value without the need for prominence., • High tolerance for ambiguity and strength in change management., • Clear communication, written and oral, with the ability to produce 'board/ExCo-ready' materials.
