THE ROLE The QC & Production Materials Analyst helps maintain our luxury product standards by ensuring all materials meet our quality criteria. Through effective management of QA processes, supplier performance, and production readiness, the role improves operational flow and supports outstanding craftsmanship. Please note: This is a full-time, temporary position based onsite in Ubrique, Spain. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Inspect leather and raw materials for defects and carry out quality control tests., • Visit suppliers to verify that materials meet our specifications and industry standards., • Maintain detailed QC records, including non- conformities by grade and batch., • Work closely with production and cutting teams, monitor consumptions and recommend improvements to yield and cutting practices to reduce waste., • Recommend changes to pattern placement, cutting techniques or leather types to improve yield., • Support Design and PD teams with data and leather choices., • Collate data by sku to monitor consumption and true cost., • Analyse and monitor waste levels, driving initiatives that support our sustainability targets. The Role We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support Polène’s growth by recruiting the people who craft our products and support our corporate teams. Based at our main production site, this role plays a direct role in shaping the quality, culture, and future of the company. About the Team You will join the HR team in Spain (7 people, including another TA) and report both to HR management in Spain and to the Talent Acquisition and HR leadership teams in Paris, working in close alignment with the global people strategy. Your Mission & Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment for workshop/production and corporate roles., • Partner with stakeholders across Production, Design, Pattern Making, Finance, and HR to define needs and secure high-quality hires., • Source, interview, assess candidates, and coordinate selection and onboarding processes., • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and strategic roles., • Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in craftsmanship, manufacturing, luxury, fashion, or similar environments., • Comfortable working in structured, fast-growing organizations with multiple recruitments in parallel., • Strong international mindset; fluency in English or French is mandatory (additional languages are a plus)., • Proactive, hands-on, quality-driven, with a strong partnership approach toward hiring managers., • Have a direct impact on the teams behind Polène’s iconic handbags., • Grow professionally within a fast-growing, international luxury brand., • Work at the heart of Polène’s production, close to craftsmanship and operations., • Enjoy a fulfilling lifestyle in Ubrique, combining professional ambition with a strong sense of community and nature., • Collaborate with international teams on global projects.
