ph3About Us /h3 pFounded in 2016, Polène is a French leather goods brand distinguished by exceptional artisanal craftsmanship and timeless creations inspired by organic forms and nature. /p pWith 11 stores across Europe, the United States, and Asia, and a strong trajectory of international growth, we are structuring our operations in 2026 and building a team of top talent to deepen expertise across all areas of the organization. /p pOur artistic vision is supported by 800 artisans based in our workshops in Ubrique, Spain, where craftsmanship, innovation, and industrial excellence come together. /p pAs part of this journey, we are strengthening our technical and development team in Ubrique, working at the heart of production on jewelry collections and special projects. /p h3Your Role /h3 pAs a Jewelry Special Projects Project Manager, you will coordinate the development and industrialization of jewelry collections and special projects, ensuring alignment between Paris-based teams and our workshops in Ubrique. /p pThis is a b6-month fixed-term contract /b, suitable for a professional with approximately b3 years of experience /b in project management within luxury, jewelry, accessories, or industrial environments. /p h3Your Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Project Coordination /h3 ul liCoordinate multidisciplinary teams between Paris and Ubrique (design, development, industrialization, and production). /li liEnsure smooth communication and alignment across all stakeholders. /li liLead project follow-up meetings and monitor project progress. /li /ul h3Planning Industrialization /h3 ul liBuild and manage project timelines, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met. /li liOversee the transition from prototype to industrial production. /liliEnsure the completion of key industrialization deliverables, including technical drawings, molds, technical specifications, production data, and SAP updates. /li /ul h3Execution Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liSupport problem-solving during development and production phases. /li liAnticipate risks and implement corrective actions when necessary. /li liContribute to continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with production teams. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liAround 3 years of experience in project management, product development, industrialization, or manufacturing. /li liStrong understanding of project management methodologies and production processes. /li liKnowledge of jewelry manufacturing; experience in leather goods is a strong plus. /li liProficiency in Excel and project planning tools. /li liProfessional working proficiency in English.
