🎓 Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, • Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis, • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks, • Experience managing accounts payable and receivable, • Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written), • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills, • Strong communication and teamwork abilities, • Bonus: CPA, CFA, or previous experience in fintech or climate tech🛠️ Technical Skills (Must-Have or Strongly Preferred), • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (financial models, dashboards, macros, etc.), • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, NetSuite, or similar), • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Holded), • Understanding of SaaS metrics and startup KPIs (MRR, CAC, runway, burn rate, etc.), • Ability to collaborate with product and tech teams using data reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau – optional), • Experience working with or tracking ESG/climate impact metrics is a strong plus, • Comfortable working in a startup/tech-driven environment, adapting to tools quickly,
