Acting as the organizational backbone for the GBS team, this position supports the department on a day-to-day basis and contributes to ongoing process improvement and operational excellence. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide day-to-day administrative support for the GBS team. /li liCoordinate calendars, meetings, rooms, visitors, and internal logistics. /li liAct as a point of contact for internal stakeholders on administrative topics. /li liSupport onboarding activities (accesses, documentation, coordination with HR/IT). /li liManage documentation, filing, and internal records. /li liCoordinate with internal departments (Finance, HR, Procurement, Facilities). /li liSupport day-to-day office needs by managing supplies (e.g., coffee machine, shared materials) and ensure the office is properly equipped so the team can work comfortably. /li liSupport purchase orders, invoices, and follow-ups with finance teams. /li liPrepare simple reports, lists, and presentations when required. /li liActively contribute to a well-organized, efficient team environment by identifying and supporting process improvements and best practices. /li liSupport simple finance tasks (e.g., invoice checks and data entry). /li /ul h3Qualifications Skills /h3 ul liVocational training or a degree in Administration/Business, with experience in operations or administrative support in a corporate/international environment. /li liStrong organization, coordination and multitasking skills; proactive, service‑oriented, able to prioritize and work independently while collaborating effectively. /li liMS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); SAP is a plus. /li liFluent Spanish and English; strong communication with stakeholders /li liAdaptability and teamwork: thrives in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment and collaborates cross-functionally /li liStrong organizational and time management skills /li liProblem-solving and solution‑oriented mindset /li lib4 days at the office are required.
