You will design, deploy, and improve AI-driven computer vision solutions that support smart industrial manufacturing. This role combines end-to-end machine learning ownership with close collaboration across AI and software engineering teams to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions. • Design and develop end-to-end machine learning and computer vision solutions for industrial automation use cases., • Build and maintain scalable pipelines for data processing, model training, validation, and deployment., • Lead data collection, labeling, preprocessing, and quality improvement activities for AI projects., • Train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for production environments., • Deploy AI models into operational systems and support integration with software engineering teams., • Monitor model performance, track key metrics, and implement ongoing improvements and fine-tuning., • Evaluate emerging AI, computer vision, and foundation model technologies for business applications., • Mentor junior AI engineers and share technical knowledge across multidisciplinary teams., • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent experience., • 5+ years of experience developing and deploying machine learning and computer vision solutions throughout the MLOps lifecycle., • Advanced proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, Transformers, and related AI frameworks., • Strong experience with modern computer vision techniques, including object detection, segmentation, visual feature extraction, and deep learning models., • Experience working with GPU-based training environments, software engineering best practices, version control systems, and cloud AI platforms.
