Overview In this role, you define and drive the resort’s revenue strategy to maximize profitability and market share. You join the hotel’s leadership to align pricing, distribution, and inventory with financial goals, shaping growth through data-driven decisions. You’ll lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-term revenue planning while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. Compensaciones / Beneficios • professional development opportunities, • continuous learning and leadership development programs, • international career growth opportunities, • exclusive discounts on hotels, dining, and experiences worldwide, • dynamic, multicultural work environment, • culture of excellence, collaboration, and talent development Responsabilidades, • Define and lead the resort’s revenue management strategy to maximize revenue and market share, • Develop pricing, segmentation, distribution, and inventory strategies aligned with financial objectives, • Identify growth opportunities and new revenue streams via demand analysis and market trends, • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-term revenue planning, • Manage rates and inventory dynamically in response to market conditions, • Oversee KPI analysis (ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, RGI) and market benchmarking, • Present data-driven recommendations to the Executive Committee, • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver an integrated commercial strategy, • Ensure effective use of Revenue Management Systems, PMS platforms, and distribution channels, • Lead, develop, and mentor the Revenue Management team, • Promote a data-driven decision-making culture throughout the organization, • Maintain data integrity for decision-making and ensure compliance with Marriott standards Requisitos principales, • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, • Proven Revenue Management experience in hospitality, preferably luxury hotels or resorts, • Experience leading commercial strategies and Revenue Management teams, • Advanced knowledge of forecasting, pricing, distribution, segmentation, and inventory management, • Experience with Revenue Management Systems, PMS platforms, STR reporting, and market analysis tools, • Strong analytical and financial acumen, • Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills, • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural, results-oriented environment, • Fluency in English and Spanish, • Valid work authorization for Spain, • leadership, • communication, • influencing skills, • forecasting, • pricing, • distribution
