Role Description The Project Manager at SULANEL is a full-time, on-site role based in Benidorm. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time and within scope, including defining project objectives, milestones, and deliverables. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project activities, managing schedules, overseeing logistics, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality standards are met through inspections and follow-up actions. The Project Manager will communicate regularly with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to track status, address risks, and resolve issues. This role also involves preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and driving continuous improvement in project and expediting processes. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, oversight of deliverables, and risk management., • Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to follow up on orders, ensure timely delivery, and coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders., • Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify compliance with specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements., • Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills, including coordinating shipments, managing inventory flow, and optimizing transport and handling., • Relevant qualifications such as a degree or certification in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field are beneficial., • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines., • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners., • Experience working in industrial, engineering, construction, or supply chain environments is an advantage., • Proficiency with project management and office software tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar) is beneficial.
