ppThe Maintenance Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of all maintenance, engineering support, utilities, and technical services within the manufacturing facility. The role ensures maximum equipment reliability, operational efficiency, safety compliance, and cost optimization across the complete manufacturing process, from cotton fiber processing and nonwoven production through converting, packaging, and warehousing operations. /ppThe position plays a key role in supporting production targets, continuous improvement initiatives, asset lifecycle management, and capital investment projects. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and execute the plant maintenance strategy aligned with business objectives. /liliLead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. /liliEnsure high reliability and availability of all production assets. /liliManage maintenance planning, scheduling, and shutdown activities. /liliLead root cause analysis (RCA) and failure investigations. /liliDrive TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives. /liliManage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and service contracts. /liliSupport CAPEX projects, equipment upgrades, and industrialization initiatives. /liliEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. /liliDevelop and coach maintenance teams to achieve world-class performance. /li /ulh3Required Qualifications /h3pEducation: /pulliBachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related Engineering discipline. /liliMaster's Degree or MBA considered an advantage. /li /ulpExperience: /pulliMinimum 8-10 years in industrial maintenance. /liliAt least 5 years in a leadership role. /liliExperience within nonwoven, hygiene products, tissue, paper, textile, converting or FMCG manufacturing environments preferred. /li /ulh3Success Profile /h3pThe idóneo candidate combines strong technical expertise with proven leadership capabilities.
