Are you passionate about driving performance, optimizing processes, and leading impactful change in a manufacturing environment? Join our team as a Continuous Improvement Engineer and help shape operational excellence across our production sites in France (Dizy and Oiry). Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will analyze and enhance end-to-end processes within the Business Unit Capsules. Using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, you will identify improvement opportunities and lead initiatives focused on quality, cost, delivery, and workplace efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Diagnose and map processes (VSM), track KPIs, and identify inefficiencies, • Apply Lean Six Sigma tools (5S, Kaizen, SMED, Kanban, DOE, control charts, etc.), • Lead and support improvement projects using the DMAIC approach, • Develop and implement action plans, ensuring effective change management, • Train and coach teams on Lean Six Sigma methodologies, • Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Maintenance, QHSE, Supply Chain, HR, and more, • Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement culture across the organization Your Profile • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification, • 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (international exposure is a plus), • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset, • Excellent communication and facilitation abilities, • Fluent in technical English and French If you’re ready to make a real impact and lead transformation initiatives in a dynamic industrial environment, we’d love to hear from you!
