We are now looking for a results-oriented New York-based City Coordinator to take ownership of our exciting launch in the US.  If you are an experienced and entrepreneurial leader, this is the role for you. You are smart, creative, curious, humble, and also self-driven to make things better. We’re a small team and everyone matters and makes a real impact.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Building a telesales team from scratch by identifying and recruiting top sales talent who will deliver results.
  • Distributing daily plans for each team member and continuously raising the bar of their performance and success.
  • Partner with Job Today marketing team to drive growth through customer acquisition.
  • Capability to work with external partner agencies to leverage sales work.
  • Constantly optimising existing sales channels and think of new innovative way to reach our potential customers.


Essential skills:

  • A self-starter who is able to work independently
  • Strategic and commercial mindset to understand our business and ensure they are effectively communicated to new clients
  • A strong track record of successful experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a competitive sales environment/consulting/investment banking
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influence skills and the ability to build cross-functional relationships
  • Ability to work independently and proactively to deliver results (we currently do not have a US-based team so this is essential)


Desired skills:

  • Previous experience or knowledge in a startup environment
  • Knowledge of the hospitality and retail sectors
