The successful candidate will be working a mix of mornings to afternoons, and afternoons to closing. Duties include: • Assisting with basic food prep, • Keeping the kitchen and storage areas clean & tidy, • Washing dishes/loading dishwasher and kitchen equipment, • Emptying bins and managing waste, • Following food hygiene and health & safety standards, • Cleaning kitchen floors, surfaces, and equipment, • Supporting the team during busy service periods Requirements: • Hardworking and reliable, • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, • Team player, • Previous experience is helpful
