Your average day starts at 6am - an easy commute to West Dulwich is therefore imperative. You start the day baking focaccia, prepping sandwiches for both sites. Prep for lunch service (we make every thing fresh every day, small batches) and run service with a KP. You're out the door at 3pm! Occasional evenings for special events. You must have experience with focaccia and pizza. You must enjoy making simple recipes and following instructions. Our team is friendly and easy going but we our standards are high. You will work closely with the chef and have opportunities to be creative.
