About Us Oricha is a fast-growing bubble tea brand in the UK, focused on delivering high-quality drinks and a strong brand experience. We are currently expanding across multiple cities and building our franchise network, and are now looking for a hands-on Franchise & Expansion Manager to join our team. ⸻ The Role This is a key role within the business, focused on supporting new store openings, franchise operations, and multi-site expansion. You will work closely with the founder and play a direct role in scaling the brand across the UK. ⸻ Key Responsibilities 🏪 New Store Openings -\tManage end-to-end store opening process\t -\tCoordinate with contractors, suppliers and landlords\t -\tEnsure stores are ready for launch on time ⸻ 🤝 Franchise Support\t -\tSupport franchise partners with store setup and operations\t -\tEnsure brand standards and product quality are maintained\t -\tAssist with training and onboarding ⸻ 📊 Multi-Site Operations\t -\tMonitor store performance and identify improvements\t -\tSupport day-to-day operational challenges across stores\t -\tHelp improve SOPs and operational systems ⸻ 🚀 Expansion Projects\t -\tAssist with new site rollout and expansion planning\t -\tSupport implementation of new products, systems or processes\t -\tWork closely with marketing and supply chain teams ⸻ What We’re Looking For\t -\tExperience in multi-site operations, franchise, or hospitality management\t -\tBackground in bubble tea, QSR, café, or restaurant chains preferred\t -\tHands-on and able to manage multiple projects at once\t -\tStrong communication and problem-solving skills\t -\tFluent in English -\tMandarin or Cantonese language skills are preferred ⸻ What We Offer\t -\tSalary : typically in the range of £45k–£60k depending on experience\t -\tOpportunity to grow with a fast-expanding brand\t -\tDirect exposure to business expansion and strategy\t -\tPotential for progression into a senior role ⸻ Location UK (London / travel required)
