We are seeking an experienced Barista with a deep passion for specialty coffee and exceptional skills in advanced latte art. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages to established standards., • Execute advanced latte art (including rosettas, tulips, swans, etc.) with precision and consistency., • Expertly dial in espresso and adjust grind settings throughout the day to ensure optimal extraction., • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and all equipment., • Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere., • Effectively manage workflow during peak periods while consistently maintaining beverage quality., • Assist with stock management, including ordering, rotation, and inventory checks., • Support daily opening and closing procedures., • Train and mentor junior baristas as needed, sharing expertise and best practices. Requirements • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a barista in a specialty coffee environment., • Profound knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing techniques, and various brew methods., • Demonstrable advanced latte art skills., • Ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining meticulous attention to detail., • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities., • Flexible availability, including weekends, to meet business needs., • Genuine passion for coffee and a commitment to continuous learning and skill development., • High standards for product quality and presentation., • A positive attitude and strong work ethic, contributing to a great team environment., • A natural ability to create a warm and welcoming experience for every customer.
