The Restaurant Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant floor, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and managing the front-of-house staff. Staff Management:   - Supervise and coordinate the activities of waitstaff, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders.   - Train, mentor, and develop front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service.   - Schedule shifts and manage staff rotas to ensure proper coverage during peak dining hours. 2.
