Hire and supervise contractors or site staff, establish temporary site arrangements, and oversee delivery of materials. Regularly inspect and monitor refurbishment progress, ensuring quality standards, safety, and legal requirements are met. Identify defects or delays during refurbishment and propose corrective actions, while recording and reporting project progress to management and stakeholders.
