Looking for a friendly, organised and driven person who lives locally and has experience both behind a coffee machine and on the floor as a waiter. After training the successful applicant will oversee rotas, ordering and will be responsible for maintaining standard across the small team in two sites. Take responsibility for the store in the absence of senior management. Experience & Skills Proven supervisory experience in a retail or supermarket environment (essential).
