While our menu is straightforward, quality and consistency are everything. We are seeking someone who takes pride in working with fresh ingredients and delivering clean, aesthetically pleasing plates. A minimum of 12 months’ kitchen experience is required, along with a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate. Shifts run Monday to Sunday, with the early starts at 7:00am and early finishes at 3:30pm on weekdays and 4:30pm on weekends.
