About Us We are an established maintenance contractor delivering works across council contracts throughout London, primarily in North West and West London. Our workload includes: • Void property refurbishments, • Minor and Major building works, including bathroom and kitchen replacements, • External works, including fencing, concrete works and rendering, • General property maintenance We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals with a strong background in maintenance and refurbishment who take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. Multi Trader Responsibilities The successful candidates should be competent across multiple trades and be able to work independently within void properties, carrying out: • General maintenance and refurbishment works, • Bathroom and kitchen installations and repairs, • Carpentry, plumbing, tiling and associated finishing works, • External repairs, including fencing, concrete repairs and rendering, • Identifying and reporting additional works where required, • Completing jobs to a high standard within agreed timescales, • Holds an Asbestos Awareness Certificate and CSCS card Essential Requirements • Proven experience within social housing maintenance, voids or residential refurbishment., • Full UK driving licence., • Own van is essential, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Strong communication skills, reliability and a proactive approach to work.
