Handyman / Multi-Trade Operative Required – Temporary Position (Potential Permanent Role) MCS Contract Services Ltd is looking for a reliable and skilled Handyman / Multi-Trade Operative to join our team on a temporary basis, with the opportunity for a permanent position for the right candidate. Location: Based in North London (N19) – applicants living within approximately 5 miles of N19 are preferred. Working Hours: • Monday to Friday, • 8:00am – 4:30pm, • 30-minute unpaid lunch break Rate of Pay: • £160 per day, • Paid monthly by bank transfer The Role:You will be carrying out a variety of property maintenance and refurbishment works, including: • Painting and decorating, • Wall and floor tiling, • Basic plastering and patch repairs, • General carpentry, • Minor plumbing and maintenance works, • General handyman duties, • Dry lining Requirements: • Good all-round multi-trade skills, • Ability to work to a high standard with minimal supervision, • Reliable, punctual and professional, • Full UK driving licence preferred, but not essential, • Own tools are essential If you’re hardworking, take pride in your work, and are looking for an opportunity that could develop into a permanent role, we’d like to hear from you.
