    NVQ Level 2/3 Plumber – London Full-Time / Subcontract | £220–£300 per day | Immediate Start** About Us White Cedar Plumbing & Construction delivers high-end plumbing, heating, and construction services across London. We work with developers, landlords, restaurants, and residential clients on new builds, refurbishments, loft conversions, and commercial upgrades. We are expanding and looking for reliable NVQ-qualified plumbers to join our growing London team. 🔨 Role Overview We are seeking a skilled NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 Plumber to handle first fix, second fix, maintenance, and renovation plumbing across London. The ideal candidate can work independently, read drawings, and produce high-standard work consistently. 🧰 Key Responsibilities • Carry out first fix installations (pipework, soil stacks, hot/cold distributions, manifolds)., • Complete second fix installations (toilets, basins, baths, showers, radiators)., • Install and repair unvented cylinders (G3 qualified preferred)., • Work on refurbishment and new build sites., • Diagnose and resolve plumbing and heating faults., • Read and work from technical drawings and architectural plans., • Work alongside builders, electricians, and site supervisors., • Ensure all works meet UK regulations and White Cedar quality standards., • NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 Plumbing & Heating (essential)., • CSCS card (preferred, not required)., • Experience in residential and commercial plumbing., • Must have own tools; van preferred but not essential., • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills., • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines., • £220–£300 per day depending on experience., • Long-term ongoing projects across London., • Weekly payment structure., • Opportunities for leadership roles as we expand.
