We're seeking reliable, hard working and passionate Sous Chef to join our team.
Fern is a premium 'all-day' small plates/sharing restaurant, opening for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. Plus brunch on Saturdays, and roast on Sundays.
You will be passionate about preparing, cooking, and presenting fresh and seasonal produce. You will be a self-proclaimed ‘foodie and be able to thrive in high pressure environments.
Fern is located opposite East Croydon Station which is ideal for those commuting via train, tram or bus.
We provide a clear path of progression to those who desire it through our company pathway program.
This role would suit either an experienced Sous Chef, looking for a new and exciting challenge within a small but growing company, or a highly experienced CDP or SCDP, looking for an opportunity for progression.
