Multi Trader Responsibilities The successful candidates should be competent across multiple trades and be able to work independently within void properties, carrying out: • General maintenance and refurbishment works, • Bathroom and kitchen installations and repairs, • Carpentry, plumbing, tiling and associated finishing works, • External repairs, including fencing, concrete repairs and rendering, • Identifying and reporting additional works where required, • Completing jobs to a high standard within agreed timescales, • Holds an Asbestos Awareness Certificate and CSCS card Essential Requirements • Proven experience within social housing maintenance, voids or residential refurbishment., • Full UK driving licence., • Own van is essential, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Strong communication skills, reliability and a proactive approach to work.
