SERVICE CHEF TEAM MEMBER – OPENING TEAM As a Service Chef Team Member, you will support plating, reheating, and finishing dishes in an open-plan kitchen, contributing to smooth and efficient service. This is a guest-interactive role, requiring a good level of English, strong communication skills, and confidence engaging professionally with guests. Key Responsibilities • • Supporting dish finishing and plating, • • Assisting with reheating and cold section work, • • Maintaining service flow between kitchen and floor, • • Supporting evening gastro and coffee service, • • Maintaining cleanliness and organization, • Able to work rotating shift patterns which includes earlies and lates About You • • Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred, • • Strong organisation and multitasking skills, • • Interest in food and service operations, • • Calm and reliable under pressure, • • Positive team-focused attitude, • • This role operates within an open-plan, guest-facing kitchen environment, • • Good spoken English and strong interpersonal skills are essential, • • Some shifts will start as early as 6:00am; reliable transport links are required, • Strong organisation and multitasking skills, • • Interest in food and service operations, • • Calm and reliable under pressure, • • Positive team-focused attitude Salary & Benefits • • up to £17 per hour incl service charge (tronc-based system), • • Industry-leading staff perks Equality Statement Buvette London is an equal opportunity employer.
