



We are seeking an experienced and motivated Breakfast Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering breakfast dishes in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent food safety knowledge, and the ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently. As Breakfast Chef, you will oversee the breakfast service, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards, providing a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes according to established recipes and standards
Supervise and manage kitchen staff during breakfast service, ensuring smooth operations
Oversee food production, ensuring quality control and consistency in presentation and taste
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to develop their culinary skills and knowledge
Collaborate with front-of-house team to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
Monitor kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly
Implement health and safety regulations at all times during food preparation and service
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef with a focus on breakfast or brunch menus
Supervising experience within a busy kitchen environment
Strong background in food production, cooking, and food preparation techniques
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene regulations
Previous experience working in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and front-of-house staff
