About the role. We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the La Gamba team at Unit 3, Southbank Centre. You'll need a genuine warmth for people and the ability to thrive when service is busy. Working alongside the senior team, you'll lead the back of house and make sure every dish comes out in time and to the highest standards, whilst the team remain energised and engaged.
