Role Overview: As the Private Dining & Events Manager with Apex Hotels, you will be an innovative and passionate private dining and events manager who enjoys creating a lifestyle F&B vibe. The role will include leading and being accountable for our Room Service offering and standards, with additional shifts in our restaurant.
