Key Responsibilities: • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, ensuring they align with client objectives and company standards., • Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and oversee supplier relationships (e.g., venues, catering, audiovisual)., • Develop detailed event timelines, production schedules, and logistical plans., • Coordinate and supervise event staff, including hosts, waitstaff, and other personnel., • Liaise directly with clients to understand their vision and provide regular updates throughout the event lifecycle., • Conduct thorough site inspections and risk assessments to ensure a safe and successful event environment., • Oversee on-site event operations, troubleshooting any issues that arise., • Facilitate post-event evaluations, including feedback collection and reporting. Qualifications: • Proven experience as an Event Manager or in a senior event coordination role., • Exceptional organizational, project management, and multitasking skills., • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building rapport with clients and vendors., • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team., • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences., • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances., • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as dictated by event schedules.
