The role of Chef de Partie: • Train and supervise Demi and Commis Chefs, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment., • Oversee and manage a designated kitchen station, ensuring the consistent preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes., • Cook seasonal classic European cuisine, using quality fresh ingredients, and adhering to recipes, specifications and standards. The ideal candidate will be confident working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with strong experience operating a pizza oven and preparing pizzas to a consistently high standard. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a wide variety of pizzas according to recipes. Prepare sauces and toppings daily, ensuring proper storage and inventory management. Operate and maintain pizza oven (Electric Oven). Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation standards. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and hygiene regulations. Collaborate with the kitchen team to improve menu offerings and optimize kitchen workflow. Take inventory and manage stock, minimising waste. Experience: Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, maintaining high standards and consistency. Skilled in dough handling, stretching, and baking techniques. Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment. Food safety certification (preferred).
