Bar Assistant (Ad Hoc Basis) Responsible To: Events Duty Manager, Events Manager, General Manager Role Purpose: To provide an outstanding 5-star bar and customer service experience to all guests attending events at the venue. The Bar Assistant will ensure efficient bar operations, maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and deliver fast, friendly, and professional service throughout all events on an ad hoc, shift-based basis.
