AV Design Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced A/V Design Engineering Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the inbox of requests, validating request scope, assigning tasks to respective team members, and load balancing team assignments. Additionally, the Design Engineering Team Lead will reinforce team standards and SOPs for project set up, keep SOPs current with Meta’s design standards, own the team Knowledge Library and continuing education, own data hygiene, files and folders properly sorted and archived, ensure weekly updates are on tasks, hold internal drawing reviews for design packages, manage the Lab technician team, oversee equipment inventory processes and management, implement inventory control procedures, assist in POC builds, and ensure reports are completed in time.
