As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll play an important role behind the scenes—supporting the kitchen team by keeping the space clean, organised, and ready for service. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain cleanliness across kitchen areas, including pot wash, equipment, and floors., • Wash dishes, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment efficiently during service., • Support chefs by keeping kitchen areas organised and well stocked., • Assist with basic food preparation when required., • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures., • Support smooth kitchen operations during busy services. What We’re Looking For: • Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is helpful but not essential., • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment., • A positive attitude and strong team-player mindset., • Good attention to cleanliness and organisation., • Interest in hospitality and kitchen operations.
