Job Title: Property Manager Administrator We are currently seeking a Property Manager to join our team to oversee the management and letting of our properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks, including property status checks, rent reminders, tenant reference checks, and property maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct monthly property status checks and provide reports with pictures. Send rent reminders to tenants via email. Register all deposits with the deposit protection scheme and pay the requisite fee. Conduct tenant reference checks and accept only those who pass. Solicit contract renewals via email and WhatsApp messages. Arrange and manage cleaners, identifying new contractors who offer reasonable prices. Update availability lists daily before 12:30 am. Advertise upcoming properties and arrange property viewings. Check monthly bills and register them, disputing any incorrect charges and setting up direct debits where necessary. Promptly address any issues reported via email or WhatsApp related to maintenance or furniture. Develop and maintain a detailed inventory of all property assets. Conduct regular fire safety checks and prepare fire safety reports. Develop and maintain a maintenance schedule for all property assets. Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of all property-related information. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Ability to work independently to meet deadlines. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary of £2,200 per month. 5 days a week. Needed for 4 weeks starting Monday 20th March. Responsible for: - Meeting and greeting clients, collecting their documents, checking for accuracy and signatures - Receiving and handling post including scanning and distribution - Maintaining the filing system (both paper and e-mail based).
