About the Role We are seeking a full-time Commercial Lettings Negotiator and Office Manager who will also act as PA to the Director. You will be involved in all aspects of the lettings process, office coordination, and executive support. This is a key role with room for long-term progression within the company. Key Responsibilities Lettings Negotiation & Client Management: • Managing enquiries from prospective tenants and landlords., • Supporting the negotiation and completion of lettings transactions., • Preparing tenancy agreements, heads of terms, and related legal documentation., • Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors throughout the leasing process.
