Key Responsibilities: • Washing and sterilising crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, and all kitchen equipment., • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen areas, including floors, surfaces, and storage., • Assisting chefs with basic food preparation tasks, such as washing and peeling vegetables, when required., • Supporting with the receipt, unpacking, and proper storage of deliveries., • Managing waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently., • Ensuring all kitchen equipment is kept clean, tidy, and in good working order.
