This role involves playing a key part in the day-to-day operations of a busy, traditional pub. Responsibilities include: • Preparing and serving a wide range of drinks to high standards., • Implementing effective stock control measures, including ordering and rotation., • Accurate cash handling and daily reconciliation., • Managing cellar operations, including line cleaning and stock rotation., • Assisting with the coordination and reception of deliveries., • Ensuring the bar area is consistently maintained to exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Pop Up bar staff required x1 bar tender to manage bar over 2 days. Bar and Keg will be set up, all you will need to do is poor drinks and help with collection of empty cups. Tuesday 19 May 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM Wednesday 20 May 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM

This role will be for 35 hours per week minimum, with an hourly rate of £16.00. In addition to your base pay, you will receive a share of residual tronc, which is distributed on a monthly basis. As Bar Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the bar, leading shifts, maintaining service standards, and assisting in team development. We are confident that your skills and experience will make a valuable contribution to the continued success of our venue. Full knowledge of cellar management, including cask ales is necessary. Your anticipated start date will be the 18th of April, subject to completion of any necessary onboarding requirements.
