PYRÁ, a vibrant independent restaurant in Queen's Park, London, known for its Greek and Spanish inspired all-day dining, is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our front-of-house team. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines and spirits, adhering to recipes and service standards., • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, utilising our POS system., • Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring high standards of presentation and guest satisfaction., • Provide outstanding customer service, anticipating guest needs, offering recommendations and handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy., • Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar and dining area., • Process payments and handle cash and card transactions accurately., • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and the wider front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow and a cohesive guest experience., • Adhere to all health, safety and licensing regulations, including responsible alcohol service. What We Are Looking For: • Proven experience as a Bartender and/or Waiter/Waitress, ideally within a busy restaurant or hospitality setting., • Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, including classic cocktails and a good understanding of wine and spirits., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and engaging personality., • Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment., • A positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service., • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays., • Knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails and cuisine would be an advantage.

This role will be for 35 hours per week minimum, with an hourly rate of £16.00. In addition to your base pay, you will receive a share of residual tronc, which is distributed on a monthly basis. As Bar Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the bar, leading shifts, maintaining service standards, and assisting in team development.
